Ghoulish RUE MORGUE!

            Izašao je novi, decembarski broj horor magazina RUE MORGUE, a u tom jubilarnom 129. broju objavljeno je više mojih tekstova no ikada. Da, više čak nego i pre par godina, u broju 106, u kome sam priredio i napisao temat o srpskim horor filmovima (detalje o tome videti OVDE).
            Konkretno, u ovom broju prisutan sam kroz sledeće tekstove:
            DARKLANDS
članak o nedavnoj rezurekciji okultnog trilera Džulijana Ričardsa, čiji je film iz 1996. tek nedavno postao dostupan na US DVD-u. Tog sam reditelja upoznao letos na Grosmanu, a u razgovoru sa mnom on otkriva otkud toliko kašnjenje. Takođe govori o književnim (Machen; rođen je u njegovom rodnom mestu u Velsu!) i filmskim (WICKERMAN) inspiracijama za taj solidan (**(*)) horor-triler...
MUSIQUE FANTASTIQUE
članak o jesenas izašlom prvom tomu (od planiranih četiri) spektakulatno ambiciozne knjige o saundtreku u SF, F i horor filmovima, od početaka filma do današnjih dana. U rubrici knjiških prikaza,THE NINTH CIRCLE, ona je s pravom zaslužila Spotlight.
            U tom istom odeljku posvećenom prikazima knjiga pisao sam i o odličnoj antologiji (pretežno) novih lavkraftovskih priča, BOOK OF CTHULHU II. 
            Taman kad pomislite da ima i više nego dovoljno Ghoula u ovom broju, na zadnjoj strani vas dočeka redovna rubrika CLASSIC CUT (o uticajnim klasičnim delima horora) a u njoj – moj mini-esej o skrajnutom, odličnom filmu THE OTHER (1972).
            Čak ni to nije sve od mene, jer među knjiškim prikazima nalazi se i jedan (ali ne iz mog pera) posvećen antologiji eseja SPEAKING OF MONSTERS u kojoj se nalazi moj esej o HIGH TENSION...
            Ovaj broj je u prodaji sve do Nove Godine, pa pohitajte do svog najbližeg prodavca kulturnih novina i počastite se MRTVAČKOM ULICOM!
            PS: O svim ovim knjigama i filmovima pisaću i ovde na blogu (ali, naravno, neću kačiti baš te tekstove iz magazina).

 
            A pošto nisam ovde kačio vesti baš svakog meseca kad god bi nešto moje u RUE MORGUE izašlo, evo ga pregled toga o čemu sam u ovoj godini tamo pisao (pretežno su u pitanju prikazi knjiga). Redosled je obrnut, tj. navedeno je od prošlog broja ka pretprošlom, itd. pa tako prema početku 2012. godine. 
Slede: redni broj magazina, udarna tema (ono što je na njegovoj korici) i ispod naslov knjige ili filma o kojima sam u tom broju pisao.
